APHIS PPDCP announces new Lab Methods Proficiency Test panel
With the upcoming release of Lab Methods Proficiency Test (PT) panels on August 26, USDA APHIS PPQ’s Plant Pathogen Diagnostics Certification Program (PPDCP) will begin onboarding new diagnosticians to the program. Three conditions must be met by each prospective participant: they must (1) work in a lab that has previously participated in PPQ PTs, (2) submit a PPDCP-F-007-0 Participant Bio Form, and (3) complete and pass a Lab Methods PT or PTs. PPDCP will host a virtual information session for new participants on August 27 at 2:00 PM Eastern.
