April 8, 2022 Update:

Our in-person 2022 NPDN National Meeting is just around the corner. We also offer virtual registration for those that still cannot travel due to COVID restrictions in their institutions.

What to expect when you arrive at the meeting

Based on current (4-8-2022) UC Davis and Yolo county COVID guidelines, you should prepare to follow these protocols:

  • On registration: Upon arrival at the registration desk you must present a photo ID, and show proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test (PCR). See details. Verification records will NOT be retained by the meeting organizers.
  • Each day of the meeting: you must complete a visitor daily symptom survey to enter the UCD facilities. It only takes a couple of minutes to complete it. Present the email sent to you indicating that you are approved to enter the facilities.
  • Everyone is encouraged to wear a face covering indoors. Face coverings are required in mass transit and healthcare settings. See face covering requirement details.
  • Most catered meals will be provided outdoors, though you can expect restaurants in the city of Davis to be open for indoor and outdoor dining as well.
